Optalidon is a medicine that contains two active ingredients in combination: propifenazone for pain, and caffeine, which has a nervous system stimulant action, for drowsiness. It is indicated for adults and children over 12 years of age, for the relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, dental pain and menstrual pain. A doctor should be consulted if it worsens or if it does not improve after 10 days.
